Rhodes
Can anyone understand all the current hype over Harry Kane, okay he's a decent enough player and scored on his England bow last night but he's not a Messi, Suarez or Ronaldo just yet, anyone would think he is those players as well as Cruyff, Maradonna, Pele and Best all rolled into one. New Lodger
Yes I can understand it, it's not that difficult. He is a young 21yo lad who in five months of breaking into the Spurs team he is top scorer in the Premier League, in front of many world class strikers and within 80 seconds of his international debut he opens his account. Pretty damned special I'd say.
Rhodes
Pretty damned special I'd say. I wouldn't go as far as to say that, why was he shipped out on loan so often then to the likes of Orient, Millwall, Norwich and Leicester
MK_Coach
It was a good decision to loan Kane to lower divisions because usually before 21 it is almost impossible to be in the starting eleven.
cup of tea
Certainly hasn't done him any harm. We do tend to build players up a bit too much in the media though.
Rhodes
He could well turn out to be a one season wonder, I wouldn't mind betting that next season he won't be able to hit a cow's backside with a banjo

Eastside Urchin
Bang average,Spurs should of put him on the market and got silly money from united in the summer. He proved that if you give 100% you'll get somewhere and with confidence you can look a very good player but he is nowhere near a top player and never will be. He will end up making a good career for himself but he will carve out a career as an average premier league striker and nothing else, definitely not in the mould of being as good as Alan shearer as some have banded around,as soon as a couple of decent strikers come around he'll be nowhere to be seen in an international shirt

Yes, Spurs had a great opportunity to clean up on Kane in the summer and take the money and sprint, I bet they're regretting not doing so now. Rhodes
It looks like Harry could be proving us all wrong having netted twice against West Ham yesterday and looking something like the player he was last season.
