v St Neots

Starting this thread a week early :)

Hoping for a good game against high flying St Neots, they should bring a few and should be a bit of a bumper crowd hopefully.......

I work in a very diverse European office and have been talking up Slough all season, I will be bringing along 4 new faces with me who will hopefully enjoy it enough to come to more games......They all live in Slough but until I told them they were not aware of the club......

As I said it is very diverse and they are supporters of Bordeaux, Avellino, FC Dressen and Gent. They are all looking to buy something from the club shop......I believe a couple of scarfs and 1 guys wants a shirt.....Sue, will you have stock in?

Hi,

Looking forward to returning to see some familiar faces. I know we have the players/fans coach coming and also a mini bus and im sure more by car so we should definitely bring a few and create a good atmosphere and I am hoping for a reverse of the scoreline earlier in the season  ;)

Even as we were falling 3 goals down we had some chances and was quite equal in terms of chances really 1st half. Horrible 1st goal and soft 2nd. 3rd seemed to put us out of it but goal before half time gave us hope as we continued to trouble their defence particularly from crosses into the box

Early 2nd goal and the 3rd after another scramble completed a great comeback. With 30 mins or so left still doubt many would have backed it to end that way

We dug deep particularly late on to keep hold of the draw as we seemed to tire but fully deserved the point after showing superb heart to not just give it up at 3-0

Defence definitely improved 2nd half so fair play to them although St neots always looked capable of finding another as did we until the last 10 mins or so

Well done Dan read on his 2 goals after bad few weeks with the car trouble and then being sacrificed after Yorke red at hitchin

Much better this week. The general consensus was we'd played well first half but absolutely gifted them their goals. To be fair we defended better second half and shown loads of character to get back in the game. We looked so much better this week with Adam Martin and Chris Henry back in the side. A great game to watch!

Inept in the first half, awesome in the second half.

Again all three goals conceded were almost comical, basics just not there.

Yet second half until the last 5 minutes we did everything well, attack and defense.

Great game to watch and barring individual errors a good performance.

Glad to say the individual errors that I was cursing at the time, those players made amends in the second half.

Surprisingly happy at the moment.

BTW I didn't see the late fracas in the box? I missed it.

Superb comeback from the Rebels plenty of goal action at both ends.

Chris Henry unlucky with a curling shot tipped round the post first half.

St Neot should of scored with last kick of first half.

That kick started the second half come back.

Another ref who missed so much Chris Henry assaulted right in front of me and given nothing.

Lets start the first half like we did the second at Hungerford on monday.

Well done Dan Read.

I thought St Neots had 4 chances first half and score 3, we had 6 or 7 and scored 1.
