We never got going in the 2nd half Maidstone took control and their keeper was rarely troubled, so play offs it is realistically unless something of a miracle happens with the teams above us, as in they start losing.....and we win !!!!! michael Posted March 29, 2015 Share Posted March 29, 2015 yep-disappointing, but imo title was lost at the enfield game;and the maidstone game became a bit of an irrelevance from then on. it was (and still isn't totally impossible-but the likelihood of winning the title after the enfield defeat was small even then.) for me-the maidstone game was completely over hyped. -not recently-but from the beginning.-that didn't help-and just fed loads of dosh to maidstone-i am sure they were very grateful. i hope the marketing is now concentrated on the home games-hendon to a certain extent-and above all the play off semi on 30 april 92 wins and margate should at least make 2nd/3rd ) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
