Jab_n17
don't want too many more performances like today or we can forget about being champions and it's only other results today that have made the Enfield result a tad more bearable to stomach. Seriously it was sooooo poor today.....worst performance of the season ????

Seriously it was sooooo poor today.....worst performance of the season ???? the worst performance I have seen for at least twenty years, our set-up was completly wrong and we looked like the away team. If i were cynical I would say that someone made a lot of money today....................... but that would be wrong ehhhh................................. Chris1
I agree. Worst defensive performance for years, especially when you think these guys are on top dollar to play here. Jab says forget about automatic promotion. Don't worry mate; I had already forgotten it.
Jab_n17
still in out hands really if we win the games in hand plus do Gravestone at their's at the end of the month it's game on, but gona be mighty tight come the end of the season. But seriously I'm more concerned about the teams below fighting for the play offs and think we have to play one or two of those in the months to come which could be tricky......but fingers and other thing's crossed !!!! but no way another Enfield performance please
BlueGate Alan
I hope they play the rest of the season as they did on Monday night, if so we wouldnt be far off!
upthegate
That would mean they have to be consistent, which unfortunately is something they arent.
BlueGate Alan
True but then none of the other top sides are proving consistent either!
Jab_n17
True but then none of the other top sides are proving consistent either! very true Alan that's what makes this Non-league football so appealing to watch and follow. Don't get me wrong would have loved MFC to have run away with the league this season like everyone else in this league thought we would (well apart from MFC supporters and club officials I hasten to add). Apart from winning the league look at the teams fighting for a play off spot with 12 or so games to go, going to be nail biting times for a lot of supporters etc including us.......!!!!!!! michael
apart from that premiership rubbish-isn't the inconsistency theme true of most leagues and what most supporters of most clubs say/wish/want. more so the lower down the pyramid you go,when part time players have all sorts of other things going on in their lives/workplace to affect performances
