Well isn't a week a long time in football. 2 games 2 wins. Basildon were excellent on saturday and should have finished Abbey off earlier. Those will come three players came off the bench to win the game for us. All three officials 1st class, can't fault them , well done. That hurts me saying that. More to come from me later. I rule this forum so don't forget it.

you couldnt get the ball off us for most of the game! we will see who goes through. and we do owe you 1.

 

to be fair agree that the officials were decent for a change.

What do you mean couldn't get the ball of you. The ref asked if we could swop the pitch round at half time because we had used your end so much. I thought there was a barrier on the half way line that wouldn't let your players cross it. The corner count was 16 -2 in the first half , yeah maybe your right you were in the game eh! Nice kit though , did your manager get the bullet after the game, harsh if he did.

yes but you did nothing with them! for the first 25 mins of the second half you didnt touch the ball and were lucky not to be further behind.

 

but credit to you, you got the goal against the run of play and built on that. no doubting it you are a good side and we have enjoyed a good game everytime we have played so far.
