BigDogCol
That means it's my turn next week . . . what a time to be alive!
JonC
Probably for the best. The Mgmt Team seemed out of their depth, unable to attract or more importantly retain players with the requisite ability, and no real tactical nous. The number of exits would suggest they did not have the trust of the players and having watched Saturdays game they are badly missing a number of the players that have exited since the new year. Hopefully can stay in the division this season and then build a solid base for next.
nick.ince
Big shock. Wonder how many of the current players who are loyal to John Field will leave? I have joked with a few members of this forum over the past few weeks, but I really hope the club sorts itself out and gets back to winning ways. Andy and Franc did fantastically well last year to finish 6th with largely the same group of players that played in Div 1. Would be a shame if the club doesn't get itself back to that level. nick.ince
ps. Good luck to Aaron and his team. They are going to need it this weekend...Kings Langley (away) is a real baptism of fire!
Monkey8
Not a big shock for me. The manager has come into a very difficult situation, he has lost 40 + players, has no local knowledge of players as he isn't from the area, results have got steady worse and he has had a lot of outside pressure from fans and ex staff/players. Holmer Green must have been the final nail.

Whitley Bay
Given that it appears to be clear that the Manager was the 'wrong choice' initially, have the Hoddesdon Committee wrapped themselves on the knuckles for such a poor decision? LoucasX
The committee should swallow their pride, admit they got it wrong and invite Jonno back to the club and make Neil Conner manager again.

Jonno
Besides, you told me on the Friday that you couldn't make it either and would have to follow it on twitter. I was at the recent St mags v Hertford cup game. Shame I didn't get the chance to say hi then. I know you made a beeline for Gav that night to shake hands.
