I am co-organising a Golf Charity Day in aid of first-touch.org.uk

 

The details are below and I hope a few of you are able to either put a team together or fancy joining another team on the day.

 

Date: Friday 17th April

Venue: Southwood Golf Course, Farnborough

27 Holes (9 Scramble, 18 Stableford).
Make your own four ball or just turn up.
Breakfast and Lunch plus optional Dinner (curry)
Trophies, Prizes and Evening Auction
Organisers - David Johnston and James Turner
Charity - www.first-touch.org.uk (supporting babies at St George's)
Cost - £42 without evening meal
£46 with evening meal
£52 plus guest evening meal.
The evening meal is expected to start around 6.30pm followed by raffle results, Trophy awards, and Charity Auction. Wives, girlfriends, family and friends very welcome.
Golfers arrive for 8.00am for tea, coffee & bacon rolls, first tee off @ 8.24am.
You will be given your tee off time in advance.

This is a great charity and one close to home for myself and the people organising this event. 

We organised a golf charity event for Help Hubbard Cure Cancer two years ago and had 50 golfers playing, raising over £2600 so it will be another fully booked event. Hope you can make it.
