Good to see the new stands in use yesterday, especially as it is the first home Saturday game I can remember when it has rained.

 

Supporters were able to make their own minds up as to whether they wanted to sit or stand. It was strange to see that some supporters still stood in the same place yesterday as they always have done in the past. No doubt, old habits die hard!

 

As I was walking around the ground Billy scored his second and there was a tremendous roar from the Town end which really raised the roof(at least we have a roof). Here's looking to raising income for the next 100 seats.(Another income raising scheme is on its way). <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

I wouldn't say I hate Enfield. However, as an Enfield Town supporter they could be rivals in next season's Ryman 1.

I Enfield get relegated they will end up in Ryman 2. So, whether we go up or not there will be no league derby next season if it happens. By the way, we have already had a derby when we knocked them out of the Middlesex Charity Cup.

Not wrong there. Over 500 fans on a Tuesday night. Even Mrs H came. We ran out 4-0 winners although they did put an under-strength side out. Still a great win and some good cash for the club!
