Reading Rebel Good point and I agree Poole Town have just one player in the top scorer list in a lowly position and he has contributed just 19% of their goals 81% come from the rest of the team (apart from a few OGs) our 2 listed players have scored 26 of or 48 goals 54% with the rest contributing just 46% Not sensible for any team to rely on a small handful of players who are sometimes brilliant but get injured or lose form or cant perform on poor weather pitches imo

To be fair they have also had 5 chalked off between them too, with Eddie's 2 goals against Hereford and the goal that was given as OG v Weymouth, and Scott had 2 league goals against Banbury chalked off with it being abandoned at half time. This would put Eddie on 18 and Scott 13 from the league, Johnnie coming in with 4.

Last season we also had Darren Wheeler and Warren Harris chipping in with more than 15 goals each, which has not been replaced this season, and is not easy to replace.

Do the goals vs Hereford count towards his overall slough record still? I would  imagine they would as he still played those games

To be fair if I'm being honest, should not keep on about players coming in or players being released until the season ends,in case they all take it to heart and not try as hard.

In that case, all the goals our previous players have scored against Windsor in the league will be removed.

 

I would say that for our own in-team records, any goal against any opposition would continue to count, regardless of whether that team now exists
