And as for him saying 'we have a bit of extra money now', well at this level of football getting a decent player in shouldn't cost too much in wages. Perhaps it's because the rest of the squad are being paid too much? Or is that a bit harsh...

 

The bottom line is the squad isn't big enough for a club of Slough's ambition and something could/should have been done ages ago.

I think Eddie has the right ideas in mind in that

 

a) He wants a player whose wages aren't too high

He wants a player who will fit in with the current team spirit.

 

I guess this is why it's taking some time. Moller has looked good so far though, so he's getting in right so far IMO.
