Some great teamwork from town to win 4 - 2 in wind and fine rain.

 

In the 38th Minute Cooperman siezed on a rebound from Billy Coves Shot. to nail a lovely goal. A few minutes later Billy Cove nailed a rebound probably from a shot from Cooperman.

 

Half time and it was 2- 0 (5 - 2 on agg)

 

Town then got the third through A shot from one of them and Cooper nailed it. 3 - 0 . One of our defenders was adjudged to have brought down an attacker. Penalty Everitt slid the ball past Chopper. 3 -1. Up the other end Cooper was adjudged offside on two close calls. Billy Cove then nailed one past the lukcless keeper again. 4 -1. In the last minute Everitt beat Chopper fair and square.

 

An enjoyable match well done to both teams. Burnham looked really down at the thought of playing us next week. Especially to the cries of "Can we play you every week!"
