The last player mentioned there, i think is crucial if Oli is going to score some goals and get involved. We need Haworth to nod the ball to him and or hold it up and bring drury walshe and Oli into the game. Again the midfield can be made up of many and Perks should probably be squeezed in there somehow.

I'd have Gibbs in for McClements, and Shearer in for Fridge, but otherwise would agree with Richard's selection.

 

Can't see where Protheroe is gonna fit in, while Perkins is a contender with his performances recently. And no room for Pinnock either!

Have to go with you generally there. Mine would be:

 

Wilkerson - Lee, Shearer, Moore, Gibbs - Owen, Perkins, McKimm, Walshe - Oli, Haworth

 

Subs: OK, sod a reserve keeper, play percentages and hope for no injury and have: Abbey, Drury, Evans, Pinnock, and Protheroe.

 

Take Fordy's words literally: let's attack like Brazil and defend like the Dog & Duck.

Worked for Barry Fry at Barnet all those years ago AND we'd get to see 6-4 thrillers every home game! So.....if we're winning - just bring on a forward-minded player and if we're losing - just bring on a forward-minded player. Genius!!

 

Continue for each home game until we're either top by March or relegated by February....either way we'd've had great fun and our attendances'll be up in the 2Ks!!

As well as a forwards we need creative midfielders who can also put the ball in the back of the net.

Yr quite right 442... although he's played well last few games and also scored a couple I'd replace Perks with Drury.
