michael
I read that crown prosecution service . decided insufficient evidence against the 13 under suspicion. Lots of cases re alleged bribery and corruption but was this the case where sam Sodge was allegedly involved, and thus is now no longer under suspicion-or was Sam Sodge's a different case ? Jab_n17
no idea but as a personal view I would guess it was so complicated and evidence fickle and unreliable , a good solicitor etc the CPS maybe thought it would be a wast of time and money bringing the case or cases to court
