you're not that clued up about the Ilford wage system, "only a few get paid" ure obviously unaware that all first team players on the day draw money. So much for sitting on the bench,so much for an appearance, and then there's ure contract players, one of our boys was offered money to go there, but declined.We at the Manor don't begrudge anyone doing well, and one day in the not to distant future, we will be able to call somewhere home and have money for expenses, the whole set up at the Manor has changed drastically this season,and the present Management have put in place a five year business plan to help push the club forward, so don't knock it mate, because unless ure involved at this level you'll never know what it takes to keep a club afloat.

I aint knocking anyoone ER......I admire the way you band of volunteers get on with it....and manage to put a team out that can compete really well against anyother team in the league.

 

Was simply stating that there are some players who get paid...and some who do not....FACT...

Of course there are the ones who take more than their fare share...and there are some who do not take a penny...! But not everyone gets paid...and we do not have that big a wage budget as you may think...

Sorry Foxy,must have misread your'e post, but u gotta admit, more is expected of teams with money in this league, and some teams, not all, have players who take the cash without any concern for the club, we would love to be able to give the boys a few quid for travelling, but at this moment in time it's just not possible.

you must be such a sad man.maybe not must but you are a sad man.tell us the players at ilford that dont get paid and i will prove you wrong.all the 1st team squad at ilford get paid.and thats for certain?i would also like to point out unlike eton manor who are liked by all of us you at ilford are not from the players to the whole set up ilford non league football could do without you.

What is your problem with Ilford? Sure you don't support them, neither do I, but I don't see what the problem is. If they want to pay their players then so be it.

PAY THEM , THEY SHOULD PAY YOU. THAT IS A DISGRACE AND THE FA SHOULD TAKE FIRM ACTION AND BAN THE LOT OF EM

Why would the FA want to get involved? They only worry if a player's on a blue contract. If he isn't, that doesn't mean a club can't pay him.

Well done on your result against Burnham....

We didn't deserve to go through...although their manager did say he thought we were the best team we have played this season.....well first half anyway..! lol
