Still lots to do, lots of deals to be done but it's a step closer.

ARAAS, I'm sure these were the details that were available before the meeting tonight.

Unless of course you meant to re-cycle the Planning Application pdf.

RR, it's the right document, it's been available for a week with the planning agenda and lists all the conditions that all need to be met along with the details that have been put through so far. Just in case anyone hasn't seen it.

12. Floodlights cut off

The floodlights for the stadium shall not be on between the hours of 10 pm and 9 am.
REASON In the interest of the living conditions of residents adjacent to or near to the
site.

Presumably we'll have to kick off at 7.30 in any cup replays then which may go to penalties. Could be an interesting penalty shoot out in the dark otherwise!

Apologies ARAAS, I thought you were putting up something new.

Gary, I know other clubs that have the same curfew and they obtain special permission if there is a game that has the chance to go into extra time or penalties.

I now this is only a small step on the road to homecoming, but no-one is going to stop me from being happy and having a small celebration that the amount of work done so far has finally had some response it deserves.

Let's hope that the massive amount of work still to be done is recognised in the same way by the authorities

RR as i said earlier on the thread i was standing with WR when Rob Anderson said no final decison will not be made until the summer.

Then we will have a new goverment who will have alot more on there plate.

I think this story could be running longer than we hope.
