Re Parking - Interestingly, speaking to someone at the game yesterday they actually parked in the service station and informed me that you are permitted to park their free for up to 3 hours.

Also if you park to right of main building there is a path back to the traffic lights on the main road. At the end of game you could exit ground through far end gate (ie the quiet end!) and it's a 5 minute walk back to car. Don't want to publiscise too loudly for obvious reasons, but maybe an option when arriving a bit late and/or it's wet!

Don't think its nice to single out any player to be honest, its a team game.

As for their coaches/ managers good god Stuart they need to take chill pills or go on anger management courses lol

This is Sue not Aidan

Completely agree,Sue.It is a team game.

My crime is that I put a name to the right back position which had already been mentioned in a prior post.

Sean shouldn't fret too much,we all make mistakes in life, that's why we're human not robots!

Sean knows he made two blunders which cost us two goals but as I said on my post that wasn't why we lost the game.Being a defender or a goalkeeper you're under the spotlight more often than anywhere else on the pitch,if you make a mistake, especially when it leads to goals being scored against you.

As for managers, they do have a hard job getting good results and pleasing the fans all the time but at the end of the day, they're getting paid to do a hobby they love. I'm sure all Slough fans would love that

chance and regardless of whether you're any good at it !

That said it does make you wonder about some of the loons that get manager's jobs but I hasten to add,I'm not referring to our current two or our last one, come to that ! lol !!!

Poor old Sean, been MOM to me in quite a few games as well, bless him.

No way would I like Neil and Jon to act like those three !!

I know managers go of on one now and again as I know how frustating some of the calls can be, but good god all the blinking time no way.

Sue again.

Somewhat belated post on that game where we shaded the first half and just deserved the lead

Second half we gave them too much space, and the time to use that  space which contributed more to the result than any indivual  errors.

Are we good enough for this league....................yes ! Are we consistently good enough.......sadly no!

Ive recently moved, im nearer Chalfont now, so ive been watching them, theyve got a good little team. they played Hungerford in the cup, and beat them 2-1, Hungerfords goal was a very dubious penalty by the way. Thats what made me notice this post about Hungerford, especially regarding Alan O'Brien, he has got so much pace, but Chalfonts right back is also very quick, and he had him in his pocket in that game. There are a couple of Beaconsfield players playing for Chalfont this season, the right back being one of them. As for the Rams, im not sure whats happening there, with the FAB Academy taking over, it seems like its becoming a bit like a franchise club, very weird !
