Glen you are right its shocking but i believe Kay said on another post in Dec that it.s the F A who decide the fate of this game.

If the decide we should get the points the the Southern League decide if its 1 2 or 3.

If its decided to be replayed it will be one game i will boycott.

You can see other idiots at future games thinking it.s OK to have ago knowing they can get away with it.

Its taken so long for a decision What happenned to health and safety.

What a precident it will set if the wrong decision is made.

Dan,

If I've got it right,

The FA deal with any fines etc where any FA Rules would state, (in the same way that yellow/re card fines are)

The League are dealing with the division point deduction

They are not linked, so one doesn't have to wait for the other

As far as I'm aware, the Southern League have sole responsibility for whether the game is replayed or not. However, they are waiting to see whether the are wider charges from the FA. If the FA bring no charges against Banbury it's more difficult for the league to then argue the points should be awarded to one team and they would leave themselves open to challenge.

That's quite sensible really although the league will get challenged either way I suspect.
