You can appeal, like Kettering did last year (as if you remember they were wound up by the High Court) however I believe they have 7 days to do it etc, but I cant see this happening, as Herefordshire Council have taken back possession of the ground and leases today (which would have been the value for the owners) so therefore I would be very surprised if they appealed.

I think Hereford is no more, and we will lose 4 points:

On the flip side the only sides above us who will not lose 3 points are Cirencester (who have not played them) Poole (who drew with them, and lets be honest we have no chance of catching) and Weymouth who have not played them (and again who we will not catch).

Truro, Corby, Chesham, Hungerford, Redditch will all lose 3 points (but will only have one game come off their total) St Neots will lose 6 points (so we gain 2 on them straight away) and Dunstable are in the same boat as us losing 4 points.

Therefore if we can win the game in hand that we will earn from losing 2 games from our total, we can actually make up 2 points on Truro, Corby, Chesham, Hungerford, and Redditch.

On another note we hope to be in a position to announce a new signing to the squad this evening.
