Slough 1-2 Dulwich Hamlet

Which is bad when looking at it but we played with 10 men for 87 minutes after Brown's needless sending off on 3 minutes. The resulting penalty put the visitors 1-0 up, and after this nothing much happened. Reorganisation meant Hodge went to centre back for the rest of the first half.

 

Second half was a different story and although Dulwich made it 2-0 with a total fluke, Slough played EXTREMELY well with 10 men, in fact you couldn't tell it was 10 vs 11 as we played the better football and created many more chances - for Hyatt, Hodge hit the bar and went close again, and Spencer missed the goal with a header when it seemed easier to score (again).

 

Gutted we lost today, but great team spirit in the second half, and I feel we were the better team overall although we couldn't create anything in the first half.

10 v 11???? 10 v 13 more like. The referee was useless. Browne's sending off was completely right mind, but he missed loads of fouls against us for the rest of the game.

 

Great performance from the ten which remained on the pitch.
