Summary

• Winding up petition adjourned until 4.30pm on Friday.
• This is the ninth time that there has been an adjournment since June 2.
• The club's barrister said the club specifically told the court at the last hearing (December 1) that up to £1million would be available within 15 working days.
• Hereford United have to prove that £1million is in place by then.
• Around 60 people, including Bulls fans, were in court today.
• Hereford United owner and chairman Andy Lonsdale was present, but chose not to go into the courtroom.
• When asked if anyone objected to the adjournment, one barrister said he did and indicated he wanted the club wound up today.

 

My guess is that there will be another adjournment on Friday !

Quelle surprise. If this was Joe Public about an unpaid Council tax bill it would have taken about 10 minutes at the first hearing.

 

I've no wish to see any club go under, and purely from a selfish point of view I don't want us to lose our 4 points, but this is silly. What justification does the court have for adjournment after adjournment? Crazy.
