GUNSHOT!!!! One of the favourite 4 minutes of the year, this title track is steeped in such raw, beautiful emotion it makes you weep. Grungy bass roars beneath the loftiest and most immortal melody chimes whilst Lali Puna's Valerie Trebeljahr listless breathy vocals playfully make the track classic. Add to this Weatherall mix that is eerie, deep and live. A lone tribal bass kick sounds like the soundtrack to Apocalypse Now, rugged bass and ghostly feedback wines through the vocal. Flip for an Instruental version and then, for all you die-hard [****!!****], Bass Junkie says 'Ave This! Electrobass that makes you go BOOM. Phat grinding bass with superb, percussion snares and toms. Mighty mighty remix

Cheers for the tracklist ESG, i`ve found it on play.com for £10 99 which is not to bad. All this talk of Andrew Weatherall has made me search through my cd`s for Junior Boy`s Own- A Perspective a great album for those who don`t know it with lot`s of classic Weatherall mixes, even Simply Red sound ok on it!

No singles ESG i`ve got the 2 JBO complilations from 94? and 97. I remember buying the earlier album to get hold of Song To A Siren by the Dust Brothers, whatever happened to them i thought they would go far!

No - pretty sure it was the USA Dust Brothers and not the Chemicals who worked on Odelay.
