Winslow Boy
Winslow 1-5 Stony, FT No sign of improvement. I hear it's hard to see if we will win a game. Just not even doing the basics right. Hope manager can keep going and keep squad together and just work on basics, being solid, organised and everyone understanding what they need to do. 1-0 up 2 sloppy goals then a penalty and then 4 and 5th in quick succession apparently. Collapse.

FootballMK
Karen, it looks like the three-point deduction has been scrubbed from Aston Clinton's record and the relevant game, at Ealing Town, is now going to be replayed. Is that correct? If so, can you explain why?
Karen Browne
From the Recent Management Committee Meeting 6.2. Southall had played Fedell Williams on two occasions whilst serving a suspension imposed by Middlesex FA. The club and the player had been charged by the County FA and found guilty of failure to comply with a decision of the Association. As Southall had lost both the fixtures against Risborough Rangers, in the Division 1 Cup on 3/09/14 and in the League on 6/09/14, it was decided that no action was necessary in this respect. A fine of £100 was imposed on Southall. 6.3. London Colney had played an unregistered player, Stu Brown, in a match against Colney Heath on the 30th September 2014. The result was a 1-1 draw. Colney Heath now want to replay the game. This will be played at Colney Heath who will also be responsible for the match day costs and arrangements. It was agreed that the match on 30th September 2014 be declared void and that London Colney be fined £50 for playing an unregistered player. 6.4. Crawley Green played CheshamUnited Res on the 30th August 2014 and won the match 4-1. One of their players, Tom Barnett was under suspension by the Beds FA. Crawley Green and the player had been charged by the County FA and found guilty of failure to comply with a decision of the Association. Chesham United do not want to replay the match. A letter received by Crawley Green pleaded guilty. 3 points deducted from Crawley Green and the committee agreed a £50 fine in the light of the explanation given. 6.5. London Lions played an unregistered player, Harry Hatchwell in a match against Wodson Park on 25th October 2014. The result was a 6-0 win for Wodson Park. In correspondence London Lions had admitted the offence and therefore it was decided that they be fine £50-00 for playing an unregistered player. 6.6. Correspondence from Ealing Town asking whether the match played earlier in the season against Aston Clinton, which they had won 4-2, could be replayed, see minute 6.3 of minutes dated 28/08/14. In view of the decisions taken on subsequent fixtures where the non-offending club had been given the opportunity to replay the match when they had either drawn or lost the fixture it was agreed that the match be replayed. The deduction of 3 points agreed in the original decision taken on 28/08/14 should be revoked and the match now declared void. The re-arranged fixture will be played at Ealing Town who will be responsible for the match day costs and arrangements.

Our luck seemed to know the stuffing out of you in the second half and it was a comfortable second 45. When your on a bad run, games like this happen. You have some good young players and a good young manager. Keep the faith!

Difficult to find positives I guess in a 5-1 home loss. Was told that we could learn a lot from your side who were organised and players looked comfortable in that they knew what they were meant to be doing
SamC
You looked like your lads totally lost confidence when we scored two quick goals. Absolutely to be expected when you are on a bad run. Before that you moved the ball well and created a number of chances. With a couple more big personalities in your spine to pick the younger lads up when things aren't going well and keep everyone structured and organised, you would be a competitive side. Winslow Boy
Agreed. Need a couple with real experience at this level and character. As you say when you are on a run of bad results confidence is wafer thin and disappears usually at the first sign of trouble. Good luck with the rest of the season.
