This is like the Galloway thing. The telegraph said "you have to prove that you didn't take money from Saddam" Galloway says, "okay look at my bank accounts" The Telegraph says "ahh, but you might have secret bank accounts" - You can't prove something doesn't exist. The onus is on you to prove that it does, as you're the ones claiming the link is there.

All I can do is go on the evidence that Saddam wanted a secular state, Al-Qaida doesn't, and the fact that there is no evidence to suggest a link. Admittedly that doesn't prove there isn't a link, but it makes me much more likely to believe there isn't

I'm basing my opinion on everything I have heard, seen or read on the subject. My opinion is that there is a link. And one fking strong link at that.

So what is this stong link, the libo has given his reason for why there isn't a link you say you've read loads (hopefully not just from the sun) to say you beleive strongly .... so whether right or wrong you must now be in a position to tell us about this stuff you've read and why it leads you to the concusion you've reached
