Whether he's been fiddling with them or not, he's a 40 year old bloke who sleeps in the same bed as pre-pubescent kids, which is fking weird if you ask me.

Reckon he could be in pretty big trouble for this one. His best mate Uri reckons he'll end up topping himself.

Wouldn't be too bothered. He's been shít since the Bad album.

Zeal I comlpetely agree with you, that it's strange a 40 year old sleeping in the same bed as a 12 year old.

However, i do not believe that he has done anything, but being niave. He has a new album coming out, and it seems as though it is a crime called blackmail that is being committed here.

Jazus he is 45 , he has been in the crap re this before how naive can he be. The bloke is a nonce, end of story.
I reckon they will nail him this time, criminal trial then the family will sue for damages. <img src="/images/graemlins/angry.gif" alt="" />

I can't wait for all those Jacko fans to come out and defend him. Feckin' hell, I love Oasis but if Noel Gallagher said that he shared his bed with young boys, I certainly wouldn't then defend him, as jacko's more obssessed fans continue to do.

As for the man being naive, I don't buy it at all. Just look at the fortune he's amassed over the years (although I know he's had some help in gaining it). If a bloke is smart enough to do that, then surely he must be able to see that admitting to sharing your bed with 12 year olds ain't the best publicity route to take.

I reckon that he's gonna get done for this one though. During the last trial in 1993, his popularity was still high, but it's been waining for years and most of the pblic won't give a [***!!***] if a washed up pop star goes to jail (look at Gary Glitter!), therefore public opinion won't effect the trial (if it comes to that) as much as it did before and people won't be so willing to jump to his defence this time. Also, Jacko was never cleared in regards to the last accusations, so that'll probably get reopened. He's going DAHN!

I struggle to believe that he's that stupid, considering that this is not the first time that allegations were set against him. It doesn't take genius to work out, that if you were accused of something in the past, your hardly going to risk trying it again, barring in mind the fiasco the previous allegations coursed, but I could be wrong so don't all start tearing at my throat.

I'm not a Jackson Fan.

Of course i do not believe a 40+ years old man shoud have young boys round to "sleep over", but he is niave in the way that he trusts most people.

But look at the children's parents, they know about past allegations, and yet they still allow their child to sleep over knowing that they will be sleeping in his bed.

They fully knew the allegations that he has been under before and allowed their child to continue to sleep round his house.

If i was a parent, there is absultuly no way that i would put my child in any sort of danger.

Yes, i do believe that Michael is niave, and too trusting, but i would not allow my child to visit him on sleep overs, my thoughts are what are the parents thinking letting their child stay over?

Just heard this morning that he's out on $3 million bail - this seems really odd to me. $3 million dollars is a tiny amount to him, what's to now stop him from flying out to a country that has no extradition treaty with the US, and disappearing forever? (not that that wouldn't be a good thing!)

Same with Phil Spector - out on $1million bail. If you're that rich and you think there's a fair chance you'll be spending the next few years in prison, what incentive do you have not to skip bail?

he had to surrender his passport so he wouldn't be able to fly away. Plus he is one of the world's most famous people, he wouldn't be able to hide anywhere in the world!
