So much for regionalising  the reserve divisions. That's 2 now dropped out in the North and West and only played 5 games. How many more ????

It's still 26 games which is enough for reserves, although frustrating much better after 5 games than the end of the season like last year.

Of course that is now 3. Thing is though, I bet the 3 teams that dropped out wanted it regional because of cost. Our reserves have played Kents and Tring and probably cost us £150 in pitch hire, food, officials and travelling expenses. We are now going to seriously look at the Suburban League for next season.

Is it any coincidence, that the 3 clubs that have pulled their reserve teams out are all Div 2 clubs??

Is it a coincidence that last year Biggleswade and Stotfold pulled out and London Lions who practically had all their last games awarded were all prem clubs?

 

I'm not really sure what you're trying to suggest with that comment, but let's not forget it wasnt that long ago you were in Division 2.

 

Kents seem to be in a transition and have lost a lot of players and last year won the reserve challenge trophy.

 

Aston Clinton, I was not surprised at they struggled for players towards the end of last season.

 

Tring Corinthians, not a surprise to be honest they have done it before and from what I understand were not ready to enter this year at the AGM, but took a punt, which is not the best plan to have.

The FA League Statement issued each week shows that Winslow United Reserves will be suspended from Monday 10th November for failing to respond to a case issued by the Berks & Bucks FA.

Your club secretary will have been sent the report last night by SSML Registrations Secretary Elaine Waumsley.

 

The statement also shows that both Brimsdown and Ealing Town are under suspension as of yesterday.
