Just seen on Twitter that Adam has left/been released. Wish him all the best at his next club but from what I saw i don't think it's unfair to say he was 4th choice striker and not quite at Premier Division level. Wonder if we're sticking with 3 strikers or someone new is imminent?

Best of luck to Adam, another good lad who never let the side down when called upon but clearly down the pecking order as far as the managers were concerned.

Hoping we get some players coming in the other way over the next few weeks, particularly in wide areas where we were a bit short even before Dobbo's injury.

Definitely think we need another top winger to compliment Dobbo. Would say another striker but it'll be very hard to keep 4 strikers happy (as probably has been found out with Adam). Will be a nice selection headache to have when all are fit in choosing between Foulser, Hollis, Yorke and Jeffreys for the centre back pairing.

No new strikers are imminent, and for the time being we will go with 3 (due to the fact that we can change our formation if needs be).

There is a recording and statement going out at 5pm today, in reality we are looking at potential targets, but will not be rushing into making any decisions, and will only bring the right ones in

We have Rummy back with us on the 16th of November, however this will only be for 10/11 games before he goes off to play Pro in New Zealand, however is no difference than having a loan deal, and depending on where we are after he goes will depend what we do from there.

We are not prepared to just bring anyone in for the sake of it, and we also need to be mindful of the budget, as we have also bought in Billy permanently.

After Billy's antics at the banbury game... 1/2 game.. He's my new favourite so happy on that one! And yes I am turning into my mum with favourites

Adam is a great lad who always gave us everything and his recent performance in the cup at Hungerford, when playing as a lone striker when we were down to 10 men, was a great example of this. He also played a big part in our promotion last season and for that we will always be grateful. He was very popular amongst the players and we all wish him well.

Following on from what Bakes said the squad may well be a touch light in 1 or 2 areas and this is something we are keeping a close eye on. But we are on a good run currently with 17 points from our last 9 games (if we get what we deserve from the Banbury game!) and there is no need to rush in to anything just for the sake of it. Any player coming in has to be the right fit in terms of position, attitude and budget, just like Billy and Rummy, and we will continue to keep our eyes and ears open to see if we can improve the squad.

Good luck,Adam.

Really nice lad and got good taste as he's a Spurs fan ! Think he'll do a good job in the right Step 4 side.

On Billy Jeffery's,think he is a quality signing but can we keep Guy Hollis or Reece Yorke happy, if either one miss out at centre half for a sustained period of time.Would hate to see Guy or Reece leave as both are excellent players and have been good signings for the club. Also if Adam Foulser does get fit for this season, our managers are going to have a dilemma with who to choose.

Maybe three centre halves will be considered.

Currently, I think it will be very difficult to dis-lodge the Billy Jeffrey's and Reese Yorke partnership which has looked very solid.

The good thing about Guy is that he is versatile and can play full back, center back or possibly even as a defensive holding player.

I think Adam Foulser is aiming to be fit by January.

I would imagine Adam will be eased back very gently and might not even be ready to start a game until later in the season.

Guy Hollis and Reece Yorke have stood us in good stead before Billy's arrival,so nothing is a forgone conclusion but obviously Billy playing consistently in the Ryman Premier as captain in the Hampton team, means he hasn't signed for us to sit on the subs bench.

I think Sean Fraser has his work cut out keeping Guy Hollis and Tom Moran out of his right-back berth. So far I think Sean's had a mixed season but he's such a versatile player and given his young age,we would be foolish to let him go.

What's so good about this season's squad, is it's adaptability of it's players,to be able to cover most of the positions, though we are a little bit short of cover on the left.
