littlehampton
Great result and another precious away point for Town up in Suffolk yesterday.Leiston are having a good season, currently fifth in the RPL table, and are always difficult to beat on their own ground. To secure a draw, and comeback after conceding a penalty, underlines the improvement and real progress Town have made in recent matches. Well done to Brad and our players on a battling performance, to Mark Kirby on scoring the equaliser, also to the Enfield Ultras and other Towners who made the long journey to provide the vocal support and encouragement for our team. All in all, not a bad week for the Town, after our cup win against Harrow Borough on Tuesday evening. Think this momentum provides genuine optimism for the rest of the season.
