cup of tea
I don't really know what to say about this game. When you are down at the bottom, you do get the decisions against you. I would say that the club should appeal against George's sending off but I suspect that the officials would just close ranks and nothing would happen. You know you are in for a bad day when the assistant ref gives an offside when it's about 3 metres on, must have missed the last defender! Their no 11 looked good until he got taken off, tricky on the ball and good crossing. Well worked free kick for the deciding goal. Both teams hit the woodwork. We just couldn't squeeze the ball into the goal. Brave performance from the guys, the second half performance was excellent, Martin Touhy was excellent, Frankie had a good game with some good distribution, Alex did well. Time to move on. Miss.A.F.C.Hornchurch
Thought the actual performance was better and an improvement from a few weeks ago. The sending off was farcical. Changed the game in favour of Hampton. Was not impressed with the constant time wasting of their goalie who eventually was booked for his actions. Overall disappointing! Dagger03
They can only appeal the red card if there is video evidence to support it. George is adamant that he did not do anything but video evidence is needed to support any appeal.
