Truro Away 27th September

Just so everyone is aware we have rearranged the away game v Truro for next weekend.

 

The main reason for doing this, is the date that we are due to play them currently is the next qualifying round of the FA Trophy, so if either us beat Margate or they beat Bridgwater (at home) then we would have to go to them on a Tuesday night, which as you can imagine would be a logistical nightmare.

 

I will let Kay confirm everything, however as soon as both teams went out the FA Cup Saturday this was something I got on to Kay about straight away.

What a great result! Well done all involved.

 

Credit where credit is due,that's a bloody good win and Bakes and Unders deserve the plaudits for getting the victory,as well as the players,of course ! 

 

No mean feat to travel 4 and half hours and just compete,let alone win the game! On a personal level I'd have been happy with a draw.

 

I know we've got a long way to go for the rest of the season but so far our team/management are doing us proud in this Southern Premier division.

Keep up the sterling work,lads ! Have a well deserved beer or three tonight !!
