Funeral Arrangements for David

Rebel Kay

Recommended Posts

David's parents have asked that rather than send flowers, donations are made via the Just giving page (link on other thread) to the Bobby Moore charity.

All are welcome at the service but if you plan to attend they would be grateful if you would let them know via email at mike@michaelpearcywriter.co.uk

I have a newsletter they have written which I will endeavour to get on here today when my technical support comes home form school.

An update from David's Mum and Dad

We have a red Routemaster double decker which will leave Farnham Park at 12.50pm on the dot. Please park at Farnham Park and join the bus which we know David would have loved. David with the family will pause at the gates of Farnham Park so the bus can join the procession to Amersham.

Afterwards all are invited for light refreshments at

Slough Town Youth FC

Farnham Park Playing Fields

Beaconsfield Road, Farnham Royal

SL2 3BP

Mike and Pat with David always

Please Help Fill David's Bus On Thursday

We hired our bus from This Bus who are based in High Wycombe. It will make the return trip to Amersham for us.

For those not coming by car Farnham Park is a short walk from Farnham Royal which is served by the number 53 bus from Bracknell to Wexham Park and the 74 (X74) between Slough and High Wycombe.

Sat.at Farnham,Park with in the region of 200 people all celebrating the life of our David.

The tributes at the service from so many clubs, associations and groups in addition to the football club, just show how active a life David led but also to how many people he was very special.

A sad but wonderful day that make you realise how very lucky we were to have shared so much time with David. Well done to Warren for once again coming up with fitting words of what we meant to David but also what he meant to us.
