If you go into watching games assuming the worst, that's what you'll think he/she did.  Nothing on that video shows otherwise.  I only comment as I'm also a referee and trying to give my opinion in a fair and balanced manner.

As a matter of interest, what is the most programmes that you have sold at a game?

 

Does it beat 400-500? 

Well when I was asked by Troy Townsend to do the Memorial match programme for his son Kurtis in December 2011 at Cheshunt I think we sold in the region of 200

The referee against Tring was very poor. I know he did not get any good marks that day. You can see in the video that the no penalty decision was. In the box but most people say it was not even a foul.
