I am amazed after reading this Forum for many a year, that no one has CONGRATULATED

Bedfont and Feltham, Div 1

Chessington and Hook, Div 1

Knaphill, ex Div 1,now Premier

Croydon, ex CCL

On reaching the next round of the FA Cup,no mean feat you must agree.Hartley Wintney ex Div 1,could hopefully be joining them.

Then add in Spelthorne Sports,ex Div 1,sitting astride the Premiership, unbeaten in 40+ games.South Park, ex Div 1,promoted last year.Likewise Guernsey, ex Div 1 promoted the season before,it makes you think.

WELL DONE CHAPS,your not household names yet,but you will be soon no doubt.

I must admit that this forum does seem a touch quiet this season.

Probably due to Twitter or Twatter, or whatever it's called !!

The trouble on here is people taking themselves to seriously i can honestly say that anything i have posted is a wind up but some people don't understand it,I tried to explain the humour that is meant in joke form and for those of you who don't understand where we are coming from here is the joke and hopefully it will enlighten you all as what a lot of us are like,I was spotted at a local game recently with a couple of ladies of the night and a couple of very nasty criminals and a local ref,now i know i shouldn't be hanging around with these sort of people but nobody told me the guy was a ref. Also a lot of the new posters are listening to people who don't know us and people who have never even had the bollix to actually post themselves,I do hope things improve but i don't think the forum will ever return to the glory days of a few years ago.

I think all of the above is true.

However,

Modern technology nowadays mean most of the time, the younger ones don't even need to access a workstation.

Checking most of the other major forums on this site seen to be much the same as this one as regards reduced postings.

It's a shame,but there you are !!

Having watched TRS's video of the Knaphill v Fleet game, was very impressed  with the improvements made at Weldon Way.They have always had a decent playing surface, but the pitch railings look as though they are now fully enclosed, not sure about the colour though ?Maybe other Clubs should take a leaf out of their book, and do likewise.

Lovely pitch and club colours (red & black) for the netting round the side. All they need now is another seated stand down the side of the pitch (please! :) )

The Knaphill set up is very good and impressive. Clubhouse is tidy, changing rooms and facilities excellent, pitch is only bettered by Windsors, the ground is well maintained and very clean. All it needs is a small stand in line with half way and a covered area behind the bottom goal and it ticks every single box. Lovely ground to be very proud of.
