Actually, much as I like and admire George Bush Jr, I do feel our generation has missed out by not having a Presidential Assassination.

Bush served in the Texas Air National Guard as a fighter pilot and became a lieutenant, but was never called upon to fight in the Vietnam War. (no mention of the fact he went AWOL for 18 months(its called desertion or rather being a coward)

 

1970s

Bush worked intermittently as a management trainee for an agricultural firm and tried his hand in the oil business in Texas. He set up his own gas and oil exploration company called Arbusto, (the Spanish for Bush) but the business ran into difficulties. .. (er his old man again bought him his own company)
