Ben Hammond back at Cockfosters for the 19th time? Must be a few "start of season" pennies floating around over there on the slopey pitch of death.

 

Good to see ol' Morts back on the team sheet aswel, what a top lad.

 

And former Tring/Berko/Aylesbury/Sun/Hemel/Chesham/Wimbledon boy Sam Styles in the sticks? random one.

 

Also not a bad start from Tring there, good to see Vincenzo Iannone start a season? Wonder if the 30 coming on 50 legs will get many games in this year.

Blimey, Fergus Moore still playing. With all the health warnings going round these days, surely it's a danger for him to be heading balls for another season?! Got some names down at Cockfosters, they'd be in great shape if it was the 04/05 season.

Ferg still going strong? ... I remember him being the old guard back in the day at Wealdstone even when Marvin Morgan was just a kid there. I Remember a young teammate of mine at The Red Lion Ressies called Vinny Somers , he quit Wealdstone and said it was because Ferg kept smashing him at training and then use to always make him clean he's boots atleast twice a week.

 

Well Blimey at this rate 'Fosters gaffa Micky Rouke will be playing himself soon!

The way you have been talking, I thought Edgware would be unbeaten this season.

Well look at Rangers yesterday losing at home to Hearts however they will still top the table at the end of the campaign

Very true Karen. Feel sorry for Edgware that he has latched onto them

Could have easily distanced themselves from him and in particular his disrespectful comments but their contributer/s didn't. Got to say it's great not having to read any of his posts

Third time lucky... Noonan! Sorry "fella". Was just checking their website now the report is up, he was rightly named man of the match alongside the correct spelling of his surname! Interestingly on the player ratings, instead of a summary of his game, it listed his exploits on a lads holiday to Magaluf, he sounds like an absolute mentalist to be fair to him!! My kind of guy.
