Trust on Twitter

Recommended Posts

Just so you all know, the Supporters Trust is now on Twitter.

Follow @SloughTownST for news on Trust events and coach travel for away games, and don't forget to join the Trust for just £10 a year to help it to support the Club.

Hereford coach info will follow soon.

A step in the right direction

I understand that the trust do a lot of work and put a lot of effort and resources into various projects. Hopefully we will now learn what these are as the communication has been lacking in recent times

This should see numbers increase if used correctly

I am hoping to improve the connection between the Trust and the fans using this Twitter account to start off with. My plan is to get snippets of news based on event planning, coach travel and Trust decisions from meetings (with the permission of the rest of the board of course). Can't guarantee they'll be frequent (except the coach information) but hopefully it should address the issue and convince people the Trust is worth signing up for as it benefits the Club too.

Of course you'll have to follow the account to find out what the Trust is doing as it happens!

Of course it is. I am however aware that the trust does more than people know and I think they should publicise this.

(I did know that)  I AGREE

Saying that you would think the Supporters would know after the Association / trust has been going for 33 years.

As in nearly all that time not much has changed.
