We do not send out that many emails, apart from one a year wishing you a happy birthday! Our last bulk email, prior to yesterday, was in 2011!!

 

However we are now using new third party software to send these, which may have resulted in emails being sent to those who had already unsubscribed. Our apologies if this was the case.

As a result we are checking email addresses for accuracy for the first time.

 

Where your email is bouncing we will display a message asking you to check and change your email as required.

 

Accurate emails are important as without such, we can't send you a new password for example if you forget yours.

 

You can also unsubscribe easily from future bulk emails via a simple one click on the email. This will be a permanent action, unless you re-subscribe.

 

Many emails have become invalid over the last 15 years and so we expect quite a few have wrong emails!
