FA Betting Rules

Sorry for once again encroaching on your forum and even though I am a former Burnham player, I have taken an interest in Slough since Unders and Bakes have been in charge.

I thought it may be of interest for you to know that now you are in the Southern Premier, your managers, coaching staff, players and directors are now no longer allowed to make any football bet whatsoever.

In summary anyone involved in football from the Premier League down to Northern, Southern and Isthmian Premier Divisions are forbidden for making any global football related bet whatsoever through any means (phone, web, 3rd party friend). Any breach will result in a global football ban.

For Step 5 and below the previous rule still applies ie prohibited from betting on a match or competition in which they were involved or could influence. Any breach will not result in a global ban but sanctions will be given.

I just added on the CCL forum, good luck to the FA in policing it!

Even for step 5 and below that means they cannot include FA Cup games in their accumilators.

If the F.A. intend to police this efficiently, then money will have to be involved.

More heavier fines to cover the cost ????
