Bill of Shenfield
Thought we played well and would have won if Sapps hadn't got himself sent off. He must learn to curb his temper otherwise he will miss most of the season.
blue pilgrim
Sadly, I fear that will not be the last red card he receives this season. I wonder if he's tried Anger Management Therapy?
Ryan.c
All things considered, I thought this was another decent performance. A host of players missing, two pulling up in the first half, Callum Dunne to centre-half and then down to 10! As for Sappleton. That's 4 red cards now. What do you do? http://www.echo-news.co.uk/sport/11356722.Ricky_Sappleton_to_target_25_goals_for_Billericay_Town_this_season/
jl
Highlights and interview with Eastleigh's Manager on their website. Have to say I just didn't see it how he did - perhaps he just wanted us to roll over for his team of superstars. I thought it was competitive but the only arguably bad challenge I saw in the whole game was towards the end by Appiah when he was clearly knackered. That said no excuse for Ricky - It just always seems to be one step forward and two back with him. I forgot stupidly to mention what a fantastic effort from our lads. To keep a clean sheet and have a few chances against that side is superb.
