LordBrackley
Very disappointing for Winslow. The outgoing Manager did a wonderful job in difficult circumstances and will be hard act to follow for a Club with limited resources.

Hopefully next season someone will come in, club need to try and get youth teams to produce a good core of local players, and get the good local players there are to pull their finger out so any manager doesn't have to bare the strain of getting a whole squad. Yes, it sounds like there is more to it than meets the eye for Perry Mercer and Terry Shrieves to leave so close to the new campaign doesn't it
Winslow Boy
Apparently contact from a few interested parties which is surprising given how late in the day it is. No idea who though.

Winslow Boy
James Cain is banned from SSML isn't he? Bad news. Would have thought any disciplinary issues would be high on the list of cons with any candidate. Having been told a couple of the people who have made contact, those two names weren't mentioned but who knows. Would expect to hear something early this week

Winslow Boy
I had heard that James Cain was already at a club which was one of the reasons he wasn't one of the guys who had approached the club, I hadn't heard anything about a ban.

Winslow Boy
Wouldn't expect us to pull up any trees but think we should be safe from relegation and should stabilise which is important. Seems a decent and positive fella. I predict 6/7th from bottom safe and solid enough. Tough job to get a competitive team together with the departures hopefully he can convince a couple to stay and maybe bring in some of the better local players from north bucks and div 2 to have a crack a t a better standard.
