Reading Rebel
Should be a really tough work-out tomorrow night. Seems Mark Bartley has put together a really promising looking squad. Looking forward to a an entertaining evening of football.
Neil Baker
I think you are correct, Barts has put a strong squad together, so will be a tough evening no doubt: We also have a number of issues this evening, we currently have Warren and Johnnie both unavailable due to injuries from Saturday, plus Sean, Clurgy and Wooze are unavailable, add in Eddie Smith, Foulser and Hatchett. Squad is therefore as follows: Jake Somerville, Tom Moran, Ben Edwards, Ryan Parsons, Reece Yorke, Guy Hollis, Luke Knight, George Short, Jake Parsons, James Dobson, Seb Castello, Sam Barratt, Adam Cornell and Gavin Smith. We also expect to add one more to this squad later today.
Hammer_rebel
Good game no idea who some of the players were.... But thought all played well! Like knight had a good game he seems to see alot of the play. Got a bit heated for a friendly again though
Tom
Lucky to come away with just the two serious injuries.... Referee lost control of things. Much improved performance from the team though impressed with the new signings so far who seem to have settled in well.
Chris
Much, much better performance tonight I thought in a match where we were pretty-much down to the Bare bones with only Somers, R Parsons, Short, Dobbo & Cornell initially starting who played in the Kettering play-off final game. That said I thought all the new players & trialists played well. Thoroughly deserved win. Just hope the injuries are not too bad! Top free-kick by Dobbo for the goal as well. Reading Rebel
Very impressed with our performance tonight, especially the first half where we really should have scored the 3 or 4 goals that our superiority deserved. Luke Knight and Dobbo continue to impress along with the 3 trialists, Sam Barratt, Tom Moran and experienced central defender Gary MacDonald. Two nasty looking injuries to Jake Parsons and George Short marred what was a good all round performance. Of the two injuries I fear Jake's looked like it could be a long term one. Certainly looked a good, solid defender.
Stuntman Mark
Didn't make the game but pleased to hear about the improved performance. Hopefully we are getting our injury crisis out of the way early. Sounds like we might struggle to field a team on Saturday!
Rebel Sue
Very good first half thought number 10 (sorry don't know his name) was a nippy little devil and Luke is like a whippet, all over the place. Hope Jake and George make speedy recoveries. What is with the beards though ! Was thinking Luke probably has a lovely little face under there and then Mr Thomas turns up the same thing! Yes Gary I know you have a lovely face.

Jon Underwood
He is interested and so are we. Need to have another conversation with him but we're hopeful he'll be involved at Maidenhead and we'll keep everyone posted obviously.

michaelSTFC
Welcome aboard, Gary! His experience and versatility is a great addition to the squad. Will we be adding trialists to make up the numbers at Maidenhead or including some of last season's youth players?
