The Dulwich game next week is going to be a big one... We're five points behind them, they're third, but we have two games in hand.

Big surprises are Hampton only getting a point at Marlow, Casuals beating Staines (no doubt playing for time the second they scored their first goal) and Walton hitting eight! even if it was against Epsom.

I wouldn't get carried away. We're still 9th and although we have a game in hand we're still 3 points off the top 6 (I think), but if we get into the top 6 it's a matter of staying there. But yes, as of late it does look more likely that we can get into the top 6. We just have to make sure we don't lose games that we really shouldn't be losing (i.e. Marlow at home, Croydon Athletic away).

If that's true Gary, I don't know whether it's good news or bad news... we may sneak 6th place this season and end up disappointed. On the other hand we may fall away and breathe a sigh of relief. And who's to say that next season's squad will be as good as the current one? What if we have another exodus for example, and miss out next season? What does everyone think?

Gary,

There is NO evidence that I can find that anything is happening at all at Kennedy Park and even if there was, a season won't make any difference - it will take too long to be designed, planned, financed, approved and built! Without a long-term ground share or our own ground, we won't make the criteria for the higher league - in any case would the Windsor ground qualify? Would we make the financial criteria either?

Back to Wexham must be the cry, it's our only chance. Oh, and find someone with a lot of money!

PS Was Martyn Deaner at the match today? Perhaps somebody could ask him? Like how is the Feasibility Study going? How many backers has the scheme got and who are they? When will we find out anything at all? If he can't get it going, and as Chris S says the Council will go for regeneration anyway, does that include the ground?

"Dreamin' just dreamin'......."

There you go Dom, a post inside a screen!
