AGM - Saturday 28th June

Recommended Posts

I'm not saying Tring isn't a good facility but what about Caddington for example who have hosted the AGM successfully before

Caddington ? Not unless they've had an extension ... oh and rejoin the SSML after disbanding mid way through last season !!!

Out the loop again Rhodes ?

Yep. Sums up the intelligence and relevance of all your posts in one brilliantly stupid post.

Would you apply the same thinking to Cup Final venues?

Do you think these matches should be spread out more?

Do you think that Wembley, with their excellent playing surface, are likely to stage a Cup Final?

Car parking is poor at Wembley FC. The league know what they are doing, big venue with large car parking in the middle of the league.

Summary of what I can remember:

3 clubs in Div 1 currently don't have grade G status must have by 31/03 or will be relegated.

Constitution was voted in, as stated with exception of Kentish Town.

Reserves will be regionalised. I'm not typing them all up, but Hertford, WGC, Codicote, Tring C, Stotfold, Amersham all have reserves. south/east 16 clubs, north/ west 17. Top 2 in each div will play off for overall cup.

Awards (can't remember them all)

Ampthill - outside league achievement award

Manager - Ray Duffy

Pitch - Can only remember Pitstone for div 2.

Programme - Hoddesdon, New Bradwell, again can't remember Div 1 might have been Kings Langley.

Sportsmanship - Langford overall, Stotfold Prem (I think) Grendon Div 2

Officials Hospitality - Overall hillingdon, Div 2 Old Bradwell, Div 1 Welwyn

That's all I can remember.

Why not ask Mick Ewen?

He is probably on holiday!!!

Last update I had was that the pooling would start from this season but was awaiting details as to how it would operate.
