   7. (a) To adopt amendments to Standardised Rules-FA mandatory requirement (See separate

Sheet)

(b To consider a change to Rules:

8.6 Delete paragraph 1and insert ‘Where a match has been postponed for any reason, the two clubs concerned must agree within 14 days of the postponement a new date which shall, save in exceptional circumstances, be within 42 days of the original date and in default the Board is empowered to order Clubs to play on a date it considers suitable. The Competition Secretary shall determine the new date.’ Proposed by the Management Committee.

A.5.7 Add after the word ‘games’ the additional words ‘and County FA Cup games in which your Reserve team play’ Proposed by the Management Committee.

    8. To confirm the constitution of the league for ensuing season (To Follow).           

 9. Election of Officers, Vice Presidents, Management Committee & Auditor (See separate sheet).

 10. Adoption of Fees & Fines Tariffs (See separate sheets)  

 11. To fix date for commencement and conclusion of playing season.

        (a) Referee pooling arrangement for the Premier Divison

DUE TO THE LIMITATIONS OF SPACE LEAGUE RULE 31 WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED AND ONLY TWO DELEGATES FROM EACH CLUB WILL BE ALLOWED ADMISSION.

Why is the AGM always held at Tring Athletic, it's not fair on other Club's who could host it is it

Because it needs to be somewhere central for all the clubs that have long journeys

That seems a lame excuse, there are a number of Club's close by where the AGM could be hosted

Well as you have nothing to do with the SSML, apart from knocking it, its clubs and members at every opportunity, the venue of the AGM (which of course you will never attend) has nothing to do with you

Presumably Tring Athletic are allowed to keep all the bar receipts for these well attended meetings

Can't say about Referees but with AGM at 10.30 am there are very few alcoholic drinks consumed

Well surely other SSML Club's with decent bar facilities deserve to be given an opportunity to host the AGM rather than Tring Athletic holding a monopoly

...  until it finishes around midday, then you can't even get close to the bar.

If the AGM drags on and Tring lay on some decent food afterwards then people might be persuaded to hang around for the Brazil v Chile game at 5.00pm

Its a nice big clubhouse at Tring Athletic FC I cant think of hand of any other SSML clubhouses that big.

I'm not saying Tring isn't a good facility but what about Caddington for example who have hosted the AGM successfully before
