Pitbull
Not many clubs have anyone giving 50 years service to one club but tonight Ashford Town should be proud of two of their own stalwarts in fact that should read pillars Alan Constable and Bob Parker both receiving 50 year medals from The F.A.and for good measure a 25 year award to Pat Munns. Congratulations all three of you.Be proud.
Beano
Amen to that! What an achievement it is to devote a lifetime to the game without any thought for your own reward. In Alan's case, he has also been a League administrator for 30 years, while Bob's contribution to this club is incalculable. Pat's role shouldn't be underestimated either. I was lucky enough to be involved in the Presentation Evening tonight and it was a privilege to see so many brilliant people - and three of my friends - receive well deserved recognition. Congratulations, Bob, Alan and Pat. Thanks for all you have done and continue to do for the club.
