A couple of non league snippets

Remember those 11 'new' players could also include players from last season re-signing. They certainly need a clear out though if they have intentions of coming back up, as we all know how tough it is! It's crazy they're still waiting months later for a simple decision on their ground, with Pre season starting in just a couple of weeks you'd be very wary if you supported them if the ground is actually going to be available for their first home game?

Yep, It does say '11 signings' so not all the signings will be new.

Still can't believe who would authorise the cost of a 500 seater stand when there were obvious things like a safety certificate to consider.

It is more like a 2,000 seat stand !!!

Seems a bit of a waste signing for a team that in all probability will be nearer the bottom than the top.

It had to be Harrow or Enfield !

I think it's a good move for Harrow and the player.

Harrow Borough were rather unlucky to get relegated as their form wasn't as bad as relegation made it seem. Injuries to mainstay players and a series of poor results at the back end of the season appeared be the reason.

Now they've been reinstated back into the Isthmian Premier, I think they've done the right thing and kept Steve Baker as their manager. He seems well liked by the Harrow fans and did very well in his early time at the club and because he's still learning his trade at a higher level, I wouldn't write him off for this season.

If he can rebuild and sign a good calibre of player,I think Harrow can hold their own in their division.

Nathan Poulton being a good start to this cause.

Considering their paltry home support, Harrow Borough as a club do remarkably well to keep getting by.

So good luck to them.

Tend to disagree with your first comment 3spirit.

At the end of a season teams end up where they deserve to end up. Most teams that struggle and get relegated can point to bad luck stories i.e. injuries etc and IMO over the course of a season Harrow deserved to end up in a relegation place and had a real piece of luck by getting a reprieve.

Lewis Putman and Eddie Smith have both signed for Hayes and & Yeading.

A good move for Putts to give him the game time to get back to his best.

As far as Eddie Smith goes, some wit on the H&Y forum said they'd better be winning the league and not just in the play-offs otherwise he'll be booking a holiday.
