Andy Leese ex Chesham manager has become the new boss at Enfield Town FC.

Alan Dowson is going full time with Hampton FC.

It would see more and more clubs are building up to full time. The Merthyr Manager Gavin Williams has signed a 2 year full time contract and will be involved in the Academy team and building up relations in the community.

Wouldn't it depend on what sort of job they do outside of football?

Agreed RR , but my point is that more clubs at our level are beginning to build a network of fulltime staff. Some of the costs are supported by grants/funding through football bodies. Many of these are "sold" on the basis that the club is becoming more integrated in the community.

Billericay boss and owner Glenn Tamplin continues to splash the cash, almost completely renovating the stadium and adding a 3G pitch. They have also announce 7 new signing, all top names with the weekly budget allegedly now at £25k. Will be interesting to see if they can keep it together next year as there will be a lot of big egos in that changing room.

It's his money he can spend it how he likes but when you mention big egos, the owner seems like he has the biggest one !

Yeah saw that and was going to mention it too. They've obviously had some money put into the club to dish out not only a contract but a 2 year one. I know Watford Ladies now play there and it seems they're paying for a brand new pitch so some extra income is coming via that source. Not looked but maybe they have new board members too injecting some cash? Again like other clubs seems crazy when they're already punching above their weight.

Mitchell Weiss was on loan from Hemel Hempstead for seasons 2014/2015 and scored 31 goals for Kings Langley and scored 29 goals for Kings Langley 2015/2016. He also scored 13 goals in 28 games playing for H&Y again being loaned out by Hemel Hempstead.

The only extra income Kings Langley are receiving is coming from Watford. Watford are investing in pitch improvements during the summer and further investment during the winter months. The Watford ground staff are overseeing the work.

Jorell Johnson has also been signed on a 2 year contract today. He played 51 games for Kings Langley last year.

It'll be interesting to see if any of the Chesham players jump ship to Enfield.

Toby Little has left Chesham to join Kingstonian.
