Staines Town have tweeted they may be switched to the Southern Premier. They say nothing is certain but they will know on Monday and are looking forward to a local derby at Slough and playing Merthyr, Another STFC in the league?

this was before Bishop Stortford made their announcement.

Can't we get Kings Lynn switched?!

Kings Lynn are probably the only club in the country who could play in any one of the 3 leagues at this level.

Our trips next season: (distance one way)

Tiverton - 155 miles

Merthyr - 151 miles

Kings Lynn - 120 miles

Weymouth - 119 miles

Hereford - 114 miles

Dorchester - 113 miles

we dodged Worcester (114 miles)

So there will be clubs relegated at the end of this season but only very few which will relieve pressure from several teams this season.

If we don't get promoted this season our future the following season could be in the hands of the leagues based on where they draw the borders for the new leagues.

Beaconsfield Town fc have a new chairman at the helm and are advertising for a manager with experience at Step 4, in the Non League Paper, which was featured in the centre pages of the newspaper.

The club has cut ties with Nas Bashir's FAB academy and previous manager/director of football Andy Hurley has also left the club.

I don't think they will be short of applicants for the post. Will be interesting to see who they get.

Just seen that Kingstonian have signed Alan Inns from Farnborough. Now he is a class centre-half. Pity we couldn't have got him.

Also on Twitter, seems Dean Thomas, manager of Kettering is becoming the ex-manager there!

...........and now we've got him !  :)

Looks like Burnham will be playing in the Hellenic Division 1 East next season with teams like Holyport and Penn and Tylers green, whilst Windsor FC have been moved over into the Hellenic Premier.

I would have thought the Hellenic Premier would be a better league for Windsor than the Combined Counties although they don't seem that happy about it.

Is Mark Betts and Jon Palmer staying as joint managers at Burnham?

Burnham as a club have been in turmoil for a number of seasons. Perhaps it would be better to go down and start again. Though, financially it's another disaster.

But what do they expect?  after going through numerous managers, failing to pay players what's been agreed and generally messing up all things concering the first team. How's that going to lead to success?

Thank God our club isn't run like that !
