A couple of non league snippets

I think some are getting the wrong idea about Ryan Hope and his agent, seems he has signed with a sports PR company who aim to mix business and sport. Maybe his move comes from contacts at Harrow and the agency rather than monetary values, more of a representative than an agent. He seems to attend a lot of their events

I think the main point is that league wise he's made a sideways step and club wise he's made a backward step.

 

If he's only after game time perhaps it was for the best.

Gary MacDonald appointed as assistant manager to Mickey Lewis at Hayes and Yeading.

 

Along with Terry Brown at Basinsgtoke should add some extra spice to our games with them this season.

After 13 years Gary Roberts has resigned at Cambridge City  citing illness and poor budget.

Lot of Cambridge players have left in the last few weeks and have seen a lot of fans calling for him to go.

Bit unfair that, I apparently his wife has been very ill. There were some budget issues, which are now solved. He's taken another role in he club so that he's still involved, but just not in day to day management of the team.

I know that Gary's wife is seriously ill, and I think that and numerous other things meant that he handed his notice in.

Can't blame him one bit after talking to him, actually a very nice and decent guy!

Seriously? We're not going to have much to do with them now so I certainly won't be worrying about it someone refers to them as SYCOB! It appears even their official website aren't aware of their new name!!!

I agree with you Glen Pitchero havent got their act together yet and parts of the Southern League site still refer wrongly to SYCOB

Leamington have strengthened again with the signing of Darren Pond from Oxford City.

 

IMO they will take some stopping this season.
