Alfie Rutherford is an amazing character, he's had a couple of heart operations and still keeps coming back to play football.

Whether that's wise in the long term who knows.

Gary Haylock is out as manager of Binfield after a poor run so far this season. They say they are actively seeking an experienced replcement

He’s scored a lot this season at step 4 but I don’t think we’d interested unless he was doing that at step 3. I’d expect him to sign for a step 3 club, maybe Bracknell.

Always played and scored at lower levels, Ascot, Egham, Beaconsfield etc and at the age of 30 I'm sure he would have played at a higher level by now if good enough.

Seen a fair bit of Mathews over the years, he is a brilliant step 5, very good step 4 and, IMO, ok step 3 player. Can't believe he would have left Ascot if he didn't have a better/higher offer ok the table so probably a step 3 side.

Jamie McClurg has resigned as joint manager of Bracknell Town for personal reasons following a serious car accident in October.

Joint manager Carl Withers has also resigned.

I'd expect Bakes and possibly Unders as well to be hot favorites for the vacant position.

You’d expect Bakes to 100% apply for the position and I think Unders would jump at the opportunity to manage at Bracknell and restart the partnership.

The owner is looking for a buyer and if no one comes forward his Son will take the reigns.

Whether that means the same amount of money going into the club or a reduction remains to be seen.

Could be tricky with Unders reportedly being employed by the Beaconsfield Chairman.

I would honestly not want to speak out of turn but I'd say there's more money at Beaconsfield in my opinion having spent some time and spoken to the big chief and hearing what the vision is for the whole club but these days who knows?

Yes, but passing it over to his son. I believe Bracknell Town & Sandhurst Town come under the auspices of SB Sport & Education Group.

To be fair they’re developing a nice little stadium at their current home. They’ve built 2 new stands behind each goal (one terraced, one seated). Plus they’re in the process of building a new clubhouse. Only issue is the Hampshire FA own it so they’d only ever be able to lease it. Not sure how much money they’ve received from losing the Camrose but not sure it’ll be the millions needed to build a brand new ground.
