Following Chippenhams home loss yesterday manager Mike Cook and the club have mutually parted with immediate effect

Being only 2 points off the play-offs it cannot be anything to do with results, must be something personal that's gone on behind the scenes.

The surprise for me is that how are the Billericay and Chelmsford managers still in a job.

Not sure about Chelmsford RR, but Billericay already changed the manager once this season.

The one for me is Jerry Gill at Bath. Shocked he has stayed in post.

Slough Flyer

Have to agree re Bath   They are just 4 points away from relegation and the three teams below them have a game in hand  Truly dreadful the last few months but still averaging 1200+ attendances Jerry Gill has no answers at present

Isn't Jerry Gill something to do with the input of finances into Bath City. That may be why he hasn't been sacked !

Spencer Day at Farnborough is another manager like this, isn't he?  Perhaps we better hope Bakes and Unders come into a few bob and are on hand to come,if needed, to the rescue of our club !? [ I'm joking Shredding Green, before I get accused of some misnomer].

Not sure about Gill at Bath 3spirit. Spencer Day is 100% financially involved at Farnborough though.

Now, if Neil and Jon did that, would that be funding or not???

Worth listening to his interview after their 87th minute 2-1 loss at Chelmsford, our next opponents.

Sounds like the pitch is in a poor condition & Chelmsford are relying on long balls to Charlie Sheringham & throw ins for goal scoring opportunities.

Nothing on the Havant site but I'm reliably informed that Guy Hollis has left Havant.

Not a great couple of away games in Chelmsford and Concord on probably two of the worst pitches in the division.

Taunton beat Farnborough 2-1 today to become champions  Over 2300 turned up The majority of their games this season have been well less than 1000 Supporters do turn up when there's something at stake.

Harsh on Guy Hollis if Havant has got rid. I find it madness really,as Paul Doswell gave it all the big 'un about how great Guy is when he signed him, and by all accounts Guy played well on his debut but then unfortunately he gets  injured, and then has to be out for awhile, and when he gets back into the team Paul Doswell  makes Guy a scapegoat as being among those to get the blame for Havant's defeat to Maidstone !

How on earth can you make a judgement call like that? To me Guy Hollis needs games, he isn't a type of player that can just pick up where he left off as a centre back, like a player like Mark Nisbet could imo. Guy gets better with every game he plays regular,a game here and there isn't what he's about. I would be more than happy if Guy Hollis is back with Slough next season. He may make the odd ricket but he gives 100% when he plays and to me is a reliable player.

Max Worsfold scored today in Leatherheads 2-0 win against Potters Bar  Not enough though to save them from relegation. Will Max want to play  step4 football ?

He's too good for that level but regarding Slough it looks like his time has come and gone but you never know, a few of our players have come back.Another I wouldn't mind back but funny enough as a winger I don't find him that exciting to watch. I don't underestimate what damage he can do from the left flank to the opposition but he is not a Dobbo imo [ better defensively than Dobbo, though].

I’d be surprised to see him back, it’s likely we’re be more youthful next season and I feel we’ll be looking at younger wingers including what we currently have. Will be interesting to see if Leatherhead retain Max? Where is Dobbo these days and is he playing as I know he had an injury earlier in the season.

Have we got any promising young wingers?  If Slough have no money we will end up with a makeshift midfielder on the wing. Right wing I don't see as a problem but left wing is,though Freddie Grant could push up but then you will need a left back fill in. Pity we couldn't get George Wells back ! That would be an exciting left side.

I was told it was more of a falling out between Guy and Doswell than anything to do with how he's been playing.
